Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize assigned common areas including internal entrances, pedway, bathrooms, lounges, corridors, offices, meeting rooms, stairwells, elevators, laundry/common utility areas, storage closets, and other designated spaces.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces such as common-area furniture and fixtures, windows and doors.
- Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supplies in clean and serviceable condition, report supply needs to the site supervisor.
- Identify and promptly report hazards, damage, or maintenance concerns (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, tripping hazards) to the site supervisor.
- Deep-clean vacant suites for move-in readiness (floors, bathroom, kitchen area, fixtures, inside glass, baseboards, etc.).
- Change bed linens (if applicable to the unit setup), restock towels/standard supplies,



and empty waste containers only in vacant rooms.
- Ensure beds are fitted with protective under-pads, where required by site standard for move-in readiness.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning roles with a solid understanding of sanitation standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, or pressure washers safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality in every task performed.
- Strong organizational skills to manage supplies and prioritize daily responsibilities efficiently.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and report issues clearly.
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders when necessary.Join us in creating a safe, clean environment where everyone feels comfortable! Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
