Role and Facility Information

We are a 5 physician family practice medical clinic in the beautiful Columbia Valley. We are looking for locum coverage for Dec 18 2026-Jan 4 2027. We have amazing recreational activities on or in Lake Windermere, all water sports, climbing, extreme biking, hiking, many golf courses and not to be left out we are also a winter wonderland for all winter sports and activities.

REMUNERATION

Remuneration-BC Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model in clinic -Acute and Long Term Care LFP + 20.02% Rural Retention – Possible Access to limited travel and accommodation support. Emergency On Call-APP + 20.02% Rural Retention

Compensation

Compensation Type Combination Billing Split Clinic billing 75/25 And Emerge billing 100

Advantages and Incentives

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:

- Retention Premium 20.02%

- Retention Flat Fee $N/A
