Overview

Work is primarily performed from a service truck at rock quarries and aggregate crushing facilities, assisting customers with maintenance, repairs and breakdowns. Qualified applicants only. This is an experienced working-supervisor position and is not an entry-level role. Applicants must have relevant welding, mechanical/millwright and supervisory experience. Please do not apply unless you meet these requirements.

Typical duties include

- Stick welding
- Oxy-propane cutting
- Grinding
- On-site fabrication and repairs
- Hoisting and rigging
- Working at heights
- Mechanical repairs and maintenance
- Changing gearboxes and sheaves
- Replacing bearings and rollers
- Rebuilding and repairing cone and jaw crushers
- Troubleshooting crushing equipment and other aggregate applications
- Organizing and directing a crew of 3–6 employees
- Coordinating daily work and ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently
- Working directly with customers and site personnel

Schedule & Locations This is a full-time position working at remote locations. We currently have two primary work rotations:

Location 1

- 14 days on / 14 days off
- Approximately 11.5–12.5 hours per day
- Overtime after 44 hours and on weekends
- Camp accommodations provided
- This is a strict dry camp. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited,



and certain over-the-counter and prescription medications must be approved in accordance with site requirements.

Location 2

- 10 days on / 4 days off
- Approximately 11.5–12.5 hours per day
- Accommodations are provided in rental houses or hotels in a small town.

Additional work may be available during scheduled days off but is not required. This position involves working outdoors in all seasons, climates and weather conditions.
