In this leadership position, you will manage key accounting tasks, including overseeing budgets, preparing financial reports, and optimizing processes across multiple entities. This role is crucial for supporting a growing entrepreneurial organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities
- Oversee month-end close processes with established timelines
- Track project budgets, commitments,



and budget variances
- Prepare construction financing draw packages for lenders
- Supervise bookkeeping activities for accuracy and efficiency Requirements:
- CPA designation or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in accounting, preferably in construction
- Proven expertise in job costing and project budgets
- Solid Excel skills and ERP system experience
