Position Summary The Manager of Fleet Technologies plays a vital role in optimizing fleet management technologies available to the Liftow Group of companies and their customer base and providing strategic recommendations to customers based on reporting analytics. This person will also be responsible for building the team, hiring and performance management.

Specific Accountabilities

- Lead the implementation of the MyToyota platform.
- Manage the facilitation of training on MyToyota for all relevant Liftow Group employees
- Implement strategies to ensure all new and existing external customers are aware of and registered on the MyToyota platform
- Work with TMHNA (Toyota Material Handling North America) to stay apprised of developments on this platform and roll out feature launches to internal and external customers
- Oversee the development and utilization of the MyToyota Store E-Commerce platform.
- Lead the implementation and development of the My Insights program across the Liftow group of companies.
- Directly manage the MyInsights Subject Matter Expert team
- Manage the facilitation of training on MyInsights for all relevant Liftow Group employees
- Support Liftow Group sales teams to ensure TMHNA and Liftow sales objectives for MyInsights are met or exceeded and report on sales metrics monthly
- Develop a profit and loss cost centre and report for MyInsights,



showing revenue generation via Operations and billable hours for additional services and consultation, as well as costs associated, such as equipment required for branches, sales demo costs etc
- Work with TMHNA to stay apprised of developments and roll out feature launches to internal and external customers
- Be the gatekeeper and contact at Liftow for the SEnS and SEnS+ pedestrian detection technology suite.
- Ensure training, information and promotional materials are readily available for Liftow Sales teams and customers
- Ensure Liftow Marketing and Sales teams support and promote the product
- Be the Liftow Group liaison for information, pricing and product upgrades with TMHNA
- Manage the creation and distribution of fleet management reporting, such as Quarterly Business Reviews and Total Cost of Operations reports for external customers.
- Determine customers who will receive these reports. Analyze fleet data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Divisional Sales Managers, Sales Representatives and Branch employees to verify the data in the report and understand customer fleet requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet performance, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to customers based on reporting analytics.
- Work with all relevant departments and organizations to sustain the cleanliness of the data used to create the aforementioned reports.
- Create, merge and deactivate accounts and records for customers or users as required in the various systems in line with best practices to sustain data cleanliness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to fleet management.
- Protect organizational values by keeping information confidential and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Provide reporting for internal customers as required to support projects and initiatives.





Qualifications Education & Work Experience

College education and/or 1-3 years’ experience in a similar position.

Competencies and Skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) in English and French
- Technical understanding of material handling equipment and related service information and ability to decipher technical information
- Ability to deliver a presentation or training session in either language
- Ability to effectively establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
- Ability to write business correspondence
- Good understanding of supply chain and material handling applications and potential challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI and any other software platforms as required
- Ability to be organized with respect to ongoing calls/discussions for follow up – record keeping.

Working Conditions This position requires the ability to sit for extended periods doing computer-based work. This role can operate remotely but is expected to attend meetings in person when required. Customer site visits within Liftow’s APR may be required.

May require travel within Canada, including to Liftow Group facilities

May require travel to the U.S. for training and meetings with TMHNA
