We are currently hiring for Part-Time to Full-Time Studio Team Members AND Studio Managers across Calgary and Okotoks!

STUDIO TEAM MEMBERS – PART-TIME/FULL TIME

As a Studio Team Member, you will be responsible for creating an amazing experience for every client who walks through our doors.

Your role will include

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Educating clients on our services, memberships, packages and products
- Sales and membership building
- Booking appointments and managing client accounts
- Learning about UV tanning, Red Light Therapy, spray tanning, skincare and our other services
- Maintaining an extremely clean, organized and welcoming studio
- Completing opening/closing duties and daily studio responsibilities
- Working toward individual and studio sales goals
- Being confident, outgoing and comfortable talking to EVERY client

Sales experience is an asset, but personality, work ethic and willingness to learn are HUGE for us!

STUDIO MANAGERS

Our Studio Managers are responsible for everything above PLUS leading the studio and their team to success.

Manager responsibilities include

- Hiring, training,



coaching and developing team members
- Driving memberships, product and service sales
- Setting expectations and holding the team accountable
- Monitoring sales goals, KPIs and studio performance
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Ensuring exceptional customer service
- Maintaining studio cleanliness and operational standards
- Motivating the team and creating a positive, sales-focused environment
- Taking ownership of the overall success and growth of the studio

We are looking for managers who are leaders, problem-solvers and sales-driven, and who aren't afraid to jump in and work alongside their team.
