Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing information about menu items and making recommendations as needed.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations during peak hours.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food handling practices.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic cashiering functions.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for accurate cash handling.
