Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Pixel POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Assist in food preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently while providing exceptional guest services
Requirements
- Previous food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Pixel POS for order processing and cashiering
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Able to work varies shift incuding lunch and evenings and weekends.
- Min 3 years of Serving and Wine, Bartending experience an asset.
