About the Position

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Server to provide excellent dining service and ensure a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will take food and beverage orders, serve customers, maintain service standards, and work closely with the kitchen and restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and drink orders.
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate them with kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on customers throughout their dining experience.
- Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and specials.
- Handle customer requests and service concerns professionally.
- Process cash, debit, and credit payments accurately.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Clear and reset tables as required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist coworkers during busy service periods.
- Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.





Qualifications

- Previous serving or food-service experience is an asset.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
- Comfortable using POS and payment systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is an asset.

Pay: $19.00-$28.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
