Job Summary

11th Mile is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Food Runner to support the service team by delivering food promptly and accurately while maintaining excellent guest service. The ideal candidate should be attentive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently
- Confirm orders and table numbers before delivering food
- Assist servers with maintaining smooth and timely service
- Communicate special requests and order details with kitchen and service staff
- Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards
- Check tables and assist guests with additional service needs when required
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas
- Assist with clearing and resetting tables as needed




- Support kitchen and service teams during busy periods
- Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements
- Previous Food Runner, Server, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Robust customer service and problem-solving skills

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
