About Find It All

Find It All (FIA) is a Canadian local discovery and business-growth platform owned and operated by Innovara Marketing Inc.

FIA helps consumers discover local businesses while helping business owners improve visibility, build stronger customer connections, tell their stories and access practical growth services.

Our mission is built around one idea:

Creating Growth Opportunities.

We are looking for motivated freelance business-development professionals to introduce FIA to businesses in our launch markets and build meaningful relationships with local business owners.

The Role

As a Freelance Business Development Representative, you will independently develop business opportunities within an assigned territory or business category.

You will research prospective businesses, speak with business owners and decision-makers, understand their needs and introduce relevant FIA-approved solutions where appropriate.

This is an independent contractor engagement.

You will not have fixed employee working hours. You will organize your own schedule, prospecting activity and working methods while meeting agreed commercial targets, maintaining accurate CRM records and following FIA's brand, pricing, privacy and customer-conduct requirements.

The initial freelance term is 90 days, with commercial reviews approximately every 30 days.

At the end of the engagement, FIA may choose to conclude or continue the freelance relationship or invite a successful contractor to consider a separate employment opportunity.

Future employment is not guaranteed and would require a separate written offer accepted by both parties.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

- Presenting only approved FIA pricing and service packages.
- Maintaining accurate prospect, conversation and follow-up information in FIA's CRM.

- Recording clear next actions and keeping opportunities updated.
- Supporting clean client onboarding and sales-to-fulfillment handoffs.
- Providing structured feedback on market needs, customer objections and opportunities.
- Protecting client and FIA confidential information.
- Following all applicable FIA privacy, brand and commercial policies.

What You Will Not Be Expected to Do

You will not be required to:

- Work fixed office hours.
- Clock in or out.
- Ask permission for ordinary personal scheduling.
- Use misleading or high-pressure sales practices.
- Promise results FIA cannot control.
- Offer unauthorized discounts or payment terms.

You must never guarantee:

- Search rankings.
- Leads.
- Sales.
- Revenue.
- ROAS.
- CPA.
- Business approvals.
- Any other result outside FIA's control.

Compensation

This is a commission-based independent contractor chance.

Current FIA new-sale commission structure is based on collected commissionable service revenue:

- 20% on the first $10,000 per month.
- 25% on the portion from $10,000 to $25,000.
- 30% on the portion above $25,000.
- Applicable monthly milestone bonuses may also apply.

Eligible recurring revenue may qualify for FIA's approved recurring commission structure.

Final compensation, commission eligibility, exclusions and payment terms are governed by the signed contractor agreement and current FIA compensation plan.

Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, advertising spend, government fees and qualifying third-party/pass-through costs are not treated as commissionable service revenue.
