Responsibilities

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum standards for various age groups and skill levels.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity about French language and culture.
- Assess student progress regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with diverse learning styles, including those with special education needs or disabilities.
- Incorporate technology and Microsoft Office tools to enhance lesson plans and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support student development and address individual learning requirements.




- Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.

Skills

- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual proficiency is essential for effective instruction and student engagement.
- Prior experience working with children in classroom settings or tutoring environments.
- Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage time efficiently, and track student progress.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and experience working with young learners or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for lesson planning and documentation purposes.
- Excellent writing skills to develop clear instructional materials and assessments.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners, including those requiring special education accommodations.
