Prestige Collision Repairs Ltd. is a busy auto body and collision repair shop in Brampton serving both retail customers and insurance clients. We're looking for a front desk CSR who can be the first face our customers see and keep our shop running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and manage the front desk/reception area
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the shop calendar
- Provide customers with updates on repair status
- Process payments and invoices
- Liaise with insurance adjusters and companies on claims
- Maintain organized customer files and repair paperwork
- Support estimators and technicians with day-to-day admin tasks
What You Bring
- Previous customer service or front desk experience (auto/collision industry is an asset,
not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (Punjabi/English) an asset
- Reliable, qualified, and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment
