Front Desk Manager & Social Media Star

We're looking for someone who can run the front desk like a pro and make our Instagram impossible to scroll past.

This is two big roles in one, and it isn't a sit-back-and-answer-phones job. You'll be the first face clients see, the voice behind our socials, and the person who keeps the whole clinic running smoothly. If you live for beauty and wellness, have a phone full of content ideas, and love making people feel taken care of, we want to meet you.

Social Media: Own Our Online Presence

- Plan, shoot, and post content that actually stops the scroll: Reels, Stories, carousels, behind-the-scenes, and team features
- Turn treatments, results, and everyday clinic moments into content people want to watch and share
- Jump on trends fast, and know which ones fit our brand and which to skip
- Manage DMs and comments, and turn curious followers into booked clients
- Build and run our content calendar, promos, and monthly campaigns
- Track what's working and use the numbers to keep growing our reach and bookings
- Collaborate with our practitioners to create engaging, educational content that stays compliant

Front Desk Manager: Run the Show

- Own the front desk and set the tone for every client from the moment they walk in
- Manage bookings, rescheduling, and the daily schedule in Jane App so every day runs on time
- Answer calls and online inquiries, follow up on leads, and help clients find the right treatment or membership program for their goals
- Check clients in and out, process payments, and keep client records accurate and confidential
- Confidently recommend retail products, add-ons,



and packages that genuinely fit each client
- Keep things organized behind the scenes: track inventory, place orders, and keep stock in order
- Handle laundry and general cleaning so the clinic always looks and feels immaculate
- Coordinate with practitioners to keep the day flowing smoothly

You're Our Person If You...

- Already have a feel for social media, whether through a personal account, a brand you've grown, or content you've created for a business (portfolio or handle required!)
- Know your way around Reels, Canva, and editing apps, and have a good eye for what looks good
- Have front desk experience in a med spa, aesthetics clinic, salon, or similar setting (a big plus)
- Are warm, upbeat, and a natural at making people feel welcome
- Are comfortable with sales in a helpful, never pushy way, because you actually believe in what we offer
- Can juggle a busy front desk without dropping details
- Take pride in a spotless, well-run space and don't shy away from the behind-the-scenes work
- Are reliable, organized, and a self-starter who spots what needs doing before anyone asks
