Duchess Bake Shop is seeking passionate and experienced hospitality professionals to join our dedicated front-of-house team. We are currently hiring Seasonal FOH servers & BOH helpers starting October with a possible extension after performance review in December. We are looking for an individual who brings warmth, efficiency, and professionalism to every guest interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality is required (café or restaurant background preferred)

A calm, positive attitude and grace under pressure

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Passion for coffee, pastries, and delivering outstanding service

Flexible availability; weekends and holidays is a must.

BOH Helper Duties includes but are not limited to -

- Making boxes, Packing products, pre-orders.
- Restocking products, dishes.
- Cleaning trays, sweeping, mopping.
- Support FOH in busy operations.




- Re-setting the cafe every night

FOH Server Duties includes but are not limited to -

- Greeting customers, handling customer requests, allergies and providing friendly service.
- Entering the order in POS system.
- Clearing tables and cafe area.
- Restocking FOH products and items.
- Following food safety, sanitation, & company procedure.
- Follow Opening & closing duties.
- Be able to handle cash payments/card transactions.
- Pro Serve certification (mandatory)
