The Pinawa Club Restaurant – Pinawa, MB The Pinawa Club Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to lead our service team and oversee daily restaurant operations.

This leadership position is responsible for:

- Managing front-of-house staff and scheduling
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinating events, banquets, and special functions
- Managing bar operations and inventory
- Cash handling and POS oversight
- Recruiting, training, and coaching staff
- Support assist and/or cover staff when required
- Working within a unionized environment (UNFOR 191)Qualifications
- Restaurant or hospitality management experience an asset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling and staff supervision
- Knowledge of bar operations and inventory management




- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events
