About Blumont Studios

Blumont Studios is a Toronto-based marketing and branding agency helping local businesses grow through modern marketing, content, and digital strategy. We're expanding our sales team and looking for full-cycle sales reps to own the entire sales process — from first outreach to closed deal — with business owners across the US and Canada.

The Role

You'll run the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, handling objections, and closing. You source and work your own pipeline, get business owners on discovery calls, and take them all the way to a signed agreement. This is a role for someone who wants ownership of their numbers and earning potential tied directly to results.

What You'll Do

- Prospect and reach warm and cold leads via phone and messaging
- Qualify prospects using our BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Run discovery and sales calls end to end
- Handle objections and close deals
- Manage your pipeline and log activity accurately in our CRM




- Work toward weekly revenue and closing targets

What We're Looking For

- Fluent, transparent English, spoken and written
- Experience in full-cycle sales, closing, or prospecting/ sales development (agency or SaaS a plus)
- Confident phone presence and strong objection-handling and closing instincts
- Self-motivated, able to manage your own schedule and pipeline
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
