Proxylink is working with a government client seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to support the development, modernization, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications within a Microsoft Azure environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications while collaborating with business analysts, architects, technical leads, QA teams, and other stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

This is an onsite contract prospect for a strong full-stack developer with hands-on experience in React, ASP.NET Core/C#, Microsoft Azure, REST APIs, SQL, and Azure DevOps .

Key Responsibilities

- Translate business and technical requirements into working, tested applications.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise full-stack web applications.
- Develop responsive, accessible, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 .
- Develop backend services and enterprise-grade RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and C# .
- Design and implement application architecture, database solutions, integrations, and cloud-based services.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration and business processes.
- Work with Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure API Management, and Azure Logic Apps .
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git .
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration,



performance, and production support issues.
- Support application deployments, migrations, modernization initiatives, and cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, technical leads, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to technical architecture, solution design, effort estimation, technical planning, and documentation.
- Work within Agile delivery environments using Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement of development, deployment, and operational processes.

Required Qualifications The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience in the following areas: Front-End Development

- React
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- HTML5
- CSS3
- Responsive and accessible web application development
- Building reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components
- Integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs

Back-End Development
- ASP.NET Core
- C#
- RESTful API development
- Object-oriented programming
- Enterprise application development
- Application integration and system architecture
- Microsoft Azure

Hands-on experience with:
- Azure App Service
- Azure SQL Database
- Azure Storage Accounts
- Azure API Management
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure DevOps

DevOps & Cloud
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Azure DevOps
- Git and branching strategies
- Automated deployments and release management
- Cloud application deployment and support
- Docker and Kubernetes experience is an asset

Database & Integration
- Relational database technologies
- Strong SQL experience
- Database design
- REST API integration




- Enterprise system integration

General Requirements
- Experience with application design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Experience working throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and software development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality solutions within established deadlines.

What Candidates Really Need This is a true full-stack role. Candidates should have strong, hands-on experience across the entire technology stack—not just exposure to individual technologies.

The core requirements are:

- React + JavaScript/TypeScript + HTML5 + CSS3
- ASP.NET Core + C#
- Microsoft Azure , particularly Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage Accounts, and Azure API Management
- Azure DevOps + Git + CI/CD pipelines
- RESTful API development and integration
- SQL and database design
- Full-stack application architecture and development
- Cloud deployment and application modernization
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams

Candidates should be able to demonstrate these technologies through recent, hands-on project experience , rather than simply listing them on their resume. Candidates who do not meet the core React, ASP.NET Core/C#, Azure, Azure DevOps, REST API, and full-stack development requirements may not be suitable for submission.
