The Pharmacy

Department seeks a dedicated Full-Time Pharmacist to support its mission of quality care. Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager, you will engage in direct patient care, monitor pharmacotherapy, and contribute to departmental operations. Collaboration with pharmacy technicians and a commitment to safety standards are essential in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive pharmacotherapy monitoring
- Support pharmacy technicians in patient care
- Oversee departmental operations in management absence

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy
- Current Ontario College of Pharmacists licensure
