Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them through the dining experience with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring productive processing and timely delivery
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks with precision, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and restaurant policies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly




- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while providing attentive guest services

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with strong knowledge of the food industry standards
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for order entry and cashiering functions
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, change calculation, and inventory management
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising service quality
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and increase revenue opportunities
- Knowledge of food preparation processes and kitchen operations is a plus but not required
