Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service throughout their shopping journey
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Assist with merchandising tasks to keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas while adhering to store policies on cash handling and security
- Maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications





- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not necessary
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, giving change, and balancing registers
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising, and retail operations is advantageous
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Demonstrated customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays as needed
