Duties

- Supervise daily station operations, including fueling, cashiering, and store activities to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Lead and motivate staff by providing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory levels through purchasing, merchandising, pricing strategies, and stock organization to maximize sales.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and boost retail sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain excellent phone etiquette to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular safety checks,



enforce health protocols, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.

Skills

- Proven supervising experience in retail or fuel station environments with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual) with the ability to train and develop team members effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, inventory management, and administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, pricing strategies, and sales management software.
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing techniques, and merchandising to optimize store performance.
- Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities such as recruiting, interviewing, scheduling shifts, and budgeting.
- Demonstrated competence in customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and conflict resolution.
