Are you a skilled, reliable craftsman who takes pride in fixing things right the first time? We are looking for an experienced General Handyman to join our team. You will handle a wide variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandyman & Repair Tasks:

- Minor Carpentry: Drywall patching, interior trim repair, door/hardware adjustments, and cabinet fixes.
- Light Plumbing & Electrical: Replacing faucets, toilets, outlets, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and clearing minor drain clogs.
- Painting & Touch-ups: Interior and exterior painting, caulking, and wall prep.
- Fixtures & Assembly: Furniture assembly, shelving installation, and punch-list repairs.

General Labor Tasks:

- Site Preparation & Clean-up: Loading/unloading materials, hauling away debris, and maintaining tidy job sites.
- Heavy Lifting & Moving: Safely lifting, carrying, and moving equipment, materials, and heavy items (up to 30–50 lbs).
- Property & Outdoor Maintenance: Gutter cleaning, pressure washing, yard clearing,



fence repairs, and basic outdoor maintenance.
- Assisting Lead Tradespeople: Supporting senior craftspeople on larger renovation or remodeling projects.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 3+ years of professional handyman, residential maintenance, or trade experience required.
- Tools: Preferred to own a basic set of hand and power tools suitable for everyday repairs.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Problem-Solving: Solid troubleshooting ability across multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
- Background Check: Must pass a standard criminal background check and drug screening.

Schedule

- 8-hour shift / Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability (Optional / As needed)

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
