Main Duties:

- Sort quality for the packing line and place on the line.
- Face mushrooms in containers.
- Pack containers into boxes at end of the line.
- Keep eye on quality and wrapping. Report any issues to Line Operator/Supervisor.
- Tipping downgraded product when required.
- Monitor the production line and report any problems to Line operator/Supervisor immediately.
- Some documentation tasks
- Completing very repetitive motions.
- Build pallets of balk products follow the customer order.
- Covering and Labeling bulk product.
- Clean packaging department
- Sweep & wash floors as required
- Wash slice line.
- Comply with the Company’s Food Safety Policy, Health and Safety and all other associated legal and customer requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- No experience required; training will be provided
- Basic math skills required
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.




- Ability to consistently meet minimum production standards and company service levels
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Good organization, time management and prioritizing skills.
- Must be flexible to work various hours
- Proven safety record; knowledge of Company Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Physically fit; able to lift 20 –25 lbs.
- Able to work quickly while paying attention to quality
