Job Type: Part-Time (10 – 20 hours per week)
Pay Rate:
- $20.00 / hour (for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience)
- Minimum Wage (entry-level starting rate for candidates without prior experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and hard-working General Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will support daily factory operations across line work, product packaging, and material handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing & Packaging: Efficiently pack finished food products into designated cartons according to quality standards.
- Material & Pallet Handling: Load, unload, stack, and move boxes & pallets throughout the factory floor.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate factory forklifts / Walkie Stacker & Pallet Jack to transport materials and completed inventory (certifications/experience preferred).
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized,
and safe work station following proper food safety protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in food production, packaging, or warehouse assembly preferred (paid at $20/hr); entry-level applicants willing to learn are welcome to apply.
- Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably lift up to 15 kg (33 lbs) repeatedly during shifts.
- Forklift Ability: Experience running forklifts/ Walkie Stacker & Pallet Jack and handling pallets in a warehouse or processing environment is a strong asset.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and capable of working well in a team environment.
- Food Safety Standards: Strong attention to detail regarding cleanliness, personal hygiene, and safety guidelines.
- Transportation: Reliable travel to our Cambridge facility (located 5 minutes south of the 401).

- Hours: Part time role providing 15 to 20 hours per week.
