Responsibilities

- Place, screed, float and finish concrete for driveways, walkways, pads and related flatwork

- Complete edging, broom finishing, surface detailing and control-joint work

- Assist with forming, reinforcement, grade preparation and pour-day setup

- Monitor the concrete surface and timing during finishing operations

- Use hand tools, finishing tools and job-site equipment safely

- Support curing preparation, cleanup and an organized work area

What we are looking for

- Previous concrete-finishing or flatwork experience

- Strong attention to lines, edges, texture and final appearance

- Reliable attendance and the ability to work within weather-dependent schedules

- Comfortable performing active outdoor work and lifting materials

- Ability to work safely and communicate with a small crew
- A valid driver’s licence and transportation are strong assets

Assist with concrete and outdoor construction projects through material handling, site preparation, base work, pour support, tool organization and job-site cleanup.

Responsibilities

- Assist with residential concrete, construction and outdoor improvement projects

- Help with excavation, hauling, grading, base preparation and compaction

- Move materials, organize tools and support concrete-pour activities

- Assist with forming, reinforcement and basic concrete work under direction

- Use common hand tools and power tools safely

- Maintain a clean and organized work site

What we are looking for

- Dependable, punctual and prepared to work outdoors

- Physically able to perform active work and lift construction materials





- Able to follow instructions and communicate with the crew

- Construction, concrete or landscaping experience is an asset but not required

- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- A valid driver’s licence and transportation are strong assets

- Support communication between customers, management and field crews
