· Assisting with a wide variety of residential construction projects

This is a hands-on job. You'll work directly alongside the owner and have the opportunity to learn a broad range of renovation and construction skills.

We're less concerned about what's already on your resume and more interested in how you approach work.

· Show up reliably and on time

· Are willing to work hard

· Have a positive attitude

· Take direction well

· See something that needs doing and step up to help

· Are comfortable with physical, hands-on work

· Take pride in doing a job properly

· Are willing to go the extra mile when the job requires it

WHAT WE OFFER

· $25-$35/hour, based on construction experience and demonstrated ability

· Approximately 40 hours per week

· Hands-on training and the opportunity to learn directly on the job

· Chance to take on more responsibility as your skills develop

· Room to grow with a young and growing company
