We are currently looking for an experienced general machinist to join our team. We are a hands-on team oriented shop looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities

· Operate manual lathes, vertical mills, and surface grinders

· Read and work from drawings and measurements

· Set up machines and select proper tooling.

· Produce accurate, quality parts to required tolerances

· Inspect your work using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools

· Keep machines and work areas clean and organized

· Work safely and efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

· Previous machining experience

· Experience with manual lathes, vertical mills, and surface grinders

· Ability to read mechanical drawings





· Attention to detail and quality focused

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Reliable, hardworking, and willing to help wherever needed The ideal candidate should enjoy traditional machining and take pride in quality work

Growth within the company is available and will be based on experience level and attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
