- Passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoys taking care of people
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Organized, hands-on, and comfortable balancing the big picture with the day-to-day
- Motivated by results, but never at the expense of the guest or team experience
- Confident making decisions and taking ownership
- Experienced in hotel operations, with previous leadership or management experience
