Overview

We are seeking a LOCAL Production Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for operating a CNC foam cutter and applying materials to custom shapes to create a smooth and even finish. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Applicants not local to Winnipeg or surrounding areas will not be considered.

Responsibilities

- Operating a CNC machine
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer
- Mix Stucco or plaster ingredients according to specific ratios
- Apply Stucco or plaster to cut products, custom items, and other surfaces using machinery and trowels
- Smooth and level Stucco or plaster using hand tools or power tools
- Follow Architectural and structural drawings or instructions to ensure accurate measurements and finishes
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment
- Other general tasks as needed





Qualifications
- Experience as a Plasterer or similar role in the construction industry is an asset
- Knowledge of plastering techniques and materials is an asset
- Architectural and structural drawings reading and interpreting construction plans
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and Stucco or plastering equipment
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
