Servion Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Genesys Cloud Consultant to design, configure, develop, integrate, and support Genesys Cloud CX. This role covers Architect IVR, Digital/Chatbot, WEM, Data Actions, email, routing and Day-2 operations, collaborating with business, application, and operations teams to deliver reliable solutions.

The ideal candidate will translate business needs into scalable Genesys Cloud configurations and provide production support for the cloud workplace,
