Sidetrade is seeking a Global VP of Talent Acquisition to lead our AI-native shift and craft a scalable, data-driven TA function across North America, Europe, and APAC. You will partner with the CEO and executive team to attract, hire, and onboard top talent while building a candidate-centric, effective TA organization.

The role requires 10+ years in TA with 5+ years in senior leadership, plus a proven track record in hiring C-level leaders and managing global teams.
