Morris Flowers & Garden Centre is looking for an experienced Greenhouse Grower to join our team. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience growing and caring for annuals and perennials who takes pride in producing healthy, high-quality plants.

Responsibilities

- Grow and maintain annuals, perennials, baskets, containers, and other greenhouse crops
- Manage watering, fertilizing, spacing, pruning, pinching, and plant maintenance
- Monitor plants for pests, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies
- Develop and follow crop schedules and maintain consistent plant quality
- Assist with seeding, transplanting, propagation, and crop production
- Maintain clean, organized greenhouse growing areas
- Help coordinate greenhouse production and daily growing tasks
- Work with the greenhouse team to ensure crops are ready for sale on schedule
- Assist with loading, merchandising, and general greenhouse duties as required

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous professional greenhouse growing experience required
- Strong experience growing annuals and perennials
- Knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation, pests, diseases, and greenhouse production
- Excellent attention to detail and strong plant identification skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift, bend, stand, and work for extended periods




- Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Horticulture or a closely related horticultural field – required
