Job Summary

Dynasty Restaurant is seeking an experienced, skilled, and dependable Grill Cook to prepare high-quality grilled menu items and support daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook grilled menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards
- Grill, sear, and cook meats, vegetables, and other menu items as required
- Prepare sauces, sides, and other food items as needed
- Ensure food quality, presentation, temperature, and portion standards
- Monitor cooking times and food temperatures
- Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked grill station
- Assist with food preparation, inventory, and restocking




- Ensure proper handling and storage of meat and other ingredients
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards

Requirements
- Previous Grill Cook, Line Cook, Cook, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of grilling and basic cooking techniques
- Strong attention to detail and food quality
- Ability to follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Apply Now Pay: $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34.0 per week
