The Role

As Growth Associate, you'll drive Cashew's top-of-funnel: prospecting, outbound and inbound outreach, and pipeline support. You'll report to the Head of Sales and work closely with the growth team to identify prospects, run outreach, and help move deals forward.

This is an early-career role built for someone who wants real foundational experience in B2B sales, with mentorship, structure, and room to grow into a well-rounded sales professional.

What You'll Do

- Research accounts and identify the right decision-makers to target
- Run outbound outreach: email, LinkedIn, cold and warm calling
- Qualify inbound leads and coordinate next steps
- Lead introductory/discovery calls, learning to surface pain points and pitch Cashew's value
- Keep CRM data clean and pipeline moving (contacts, deal stages, notes, follow-ups)
- Contribute to sales enablement: messaging, prospect lists, templates, process improvements
- Take on projects beyond the core role — from evaluating sales tools to improving workflows

What We're Looking For





- Proven sales experience (any industry) with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Self-driven, relentless, and comfortable with ambition being self-generated
- Curious - you dig until you find the answer, then question it to improve on it
- Tech-savvy and an early adopter, especially with AI tools
