Canadian Spa Company is looking for a results-driven Growth Manager to lead our marketing efforts with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with numbers, setting ambitious targets, analyzing performance, and continually finding ways to generate more qualified leads at a better cost.

You will work closely with the Sales and Design teams to build and execute campaigns that drive qualified prospects into our sales pipeline and ultimately contribute to revenue growth. You will be expected to understand the numbers behind marketing performance and take ownership of key KPIs from campaign launch through lead conversion.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

- Develop and execute strategies to consistently generate qualified B2C and B2B leads.
- Build and manage lead-generation campaigns across digital, social, search, email, paid advertising, partnerships, events, print advertising and other relevant channels.
- Establish monthly and quarterly lead-generation targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
- Continuously test new channels, audiences, offers, and campaigns to increase lead volume and quality.
- Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing-generated leads are properly qualified, distributed, followed up with, and converted.
- Identify opportunities to increase lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Own key marketing KPIs and regularly report performance against targets.
- Monitor metrics including:
- - Total leads generated- Qualified leads- Cost per lead (CPL)- Cost per qualified lead- Customer acquisition cost (CAC)- Marketing-generated revenue- Return on ad spend (ROAS)- Campaign ROI

- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.




- Build monthly marketing performance reports and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and make adjustments based on performance data.
- Manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on measurable return.Campaign Management
- Develop and manage integrated campaigns designed to generate measurable sales opportunities.
- Coordinate creative development across digital ads, email, social media, landing pages, print, and other marketing channels.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, vendors, and marketing partners where applicable.

CRM & Lead Management
- Maintain strong understanding of the company's CRM and lead-management processes.
- Work with Sales to track the customer journey from initial inquiry through purchase.
- Identify gaps in the lead funnel and recommend improvements.
- Develop strategies to nurture leads that are not immediately sales-ready.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate and that campaign attribution is being tracked.

Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand sales targets, customer profiles, territories, and pipeline requirements.
- Translate sales targets into marketing lead requirements.
- Work backwards from revenue goals to determine required lead volume, conversion rates, and marketing investment.
- Provide Sales with the tools, campaigns, and lead volume required to support revenue objectives.
- Regularly review lead quality and conversion performance with the Sales team.

Role Requirements
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a performance-driven,



lead-generation, retail, B2C, B2B, or e-commerce environment.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search, paid social, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience working with marketing KPIs, budgets, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfortable working with marketing data.
- Ability to translate business and revenue goals into measurable marketing objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with Sales and senior leadership.
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
