About Sous La Face
Sous La Face pioneered lymphatic facial sculpting. Founded in 2019, we opened our Toronto studio in Yorkville in 2020 and our Los Angeles studio in West Hollywood in 2024. Our signature RRR™ Method (Reroute, Release, Resculpt) is the foundation of every treatment we offer. We are the Home of the Lymphatic Sculpting Facial.

The Role The Guest Services & Sales Lead is the first and last person every guest meets, and owns the studio's sales results. You will turn first visits into rebookings, memberships and long-term guests, while holding the front desk to a luxury hospitality standard. This is a lead role: you coach the team on sales and track the numbers. Hiring and discipline stay with the owner.
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with warmth and polish, and run a calm, organized front desk
- Manage bookings, confirmations, check-in, check-out and payments accurately
- Present rebookings, memberships, packages and retail through education, never pressure
- Own the studio sales scorecard, and track and report KPIs every week
- Run weekly one-on-one sales practice sessions with the team
- Lead win-back outreach to guests who haven't rebooked
- Reply to guest messages across text, email and social media
- Bring ideas to improve the guest experience and grow the studio

Requirements
- 2+ years in a client-facing role in wellness, beauty, fitness, hospitality or luxury retail
- Proven sales results (targets met, memberships sold, retention improved)
- Experience with booking and point-of-sale software
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Full-time availability, including Saturdays and one evening a week
- A polished, skilled presentation (all-black dress standard)
Preferred
- Experience in a membership-based business (boutique fitness, medspa, wellness clinic)
- Experience training or coaching teammates
- Experience with Jane (booking software)
- Everyday use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
- A second language (French or Spanish)
What We Offer
- $25.00/hour during the 3-month probation, rising to $27.00/hour after
- Commission on what you sell: 5% on packages, 10% on retail and $15 for every membership you help close
- A $500 monthly bonus when the studio exceeds its monthly revenue target
