This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their hair styling needs, maintaining sanitation standards, and supporting retail sales. Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Assist clients with hair styling consultations and execute styling services as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all work areas, including tools and stations
- Promote retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client experience and sales
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services or products
- Support team members in maintaining a smooth workflow during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or front desk roles is preferred
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and sanitation protocols is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and courteously
- Ability to upsell products naturally while ensuring client satisfaction
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a salon or spa setting is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
