Kaizen | Clean. Professional. Creative.

Kaizen is looking for a creative, motivated Apprentice Hair Stylist who wants to grow their skills, work with real clients, and build confidence both behind the chair and on camera.

We’re a modern, content-driven salon that values clean work, professional service, creativity, and personal growth. If you’re outgoing, reliable, and excited about developing your craft while also building your personal brand, this could be the right opportunity for you.

About Kaizen

Kaizen is a clean, professional, modern salon focused on quality service, client experience, and continuous improvement.

We believe in mentorship, hands-on training, and creating an environment where stylists can grow faster through real experience, strong guidance, and creative opportunities.

We’re not just looking for someone to “fill a schedule.” We’re looking for someone who wants to be involved, bring energy, and grow with the brand.

You must be comfortable

- Being filmed while working
- Speaking on camera
