Duties

- Lead and supervise the bartending team, providing training and mentorship to ensure excellent service delivery
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies, restocking stations, and tracking usage using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and food handling protocols
- Oversee cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, ensuring accurate transactions using POS systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns promptly




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food service operations when necessary
- Monitor the bar’s operational flow, manage time effectively during busy periods, and optimize staff scheduling for efficiency

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry environments with a strong background in bartending and customer service
- Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience supervising or managing a bar team
- Proficiency in POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and order calculation
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests and collaborate with team members effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service environments is highly desirable
