We are seeking a Head of People and Talent to help us find, develop, and retain more people who work this way.

This is a hands-on leadership role embedded in the business. You will work alongside executives, HR, managers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to lead the full talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, succession, and retention.
