This executive role requires a strong background in incident management, operational excellence, and risk compliance. Your leadership will ensure HSE integration into all operations while fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and sustain a high-performing HSE management system
- Integrate health and safety into project planning and execution
- Foster a proactive safety culture among all employees
- Ensure regulatory compliance and COR certification
- Manage reliable incidents effectively to minimize impacts Requirements:
- Over 5 years in an HSE leadership role
- 10 years experience in an HSE role
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Canadian Registered Safety Qualified designation preferred
