The 401 Group of Companies in Cambridge, Ontario is hiring a High-Energy Business Development Representative to drive leads, build relationships, and fuel growth in a quick-paced sales environment. You will manage a high volume of calls, identify customer needs, and book appointments to fuel the sales pipeline.

This role requires outbound/inbound call center experience, a proven track record of hitting targets, excellent English communication, and high energy.
