We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive and bid them farewell as they leave
- Clean Tables & Ensure Customers Have Everything they need
- Run food & Beverages to Ensure people get what they ordered
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby area
- Communicate with barista and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate POS systems to handle transactions
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is essential
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of restaurant & or retail environments
- Willingness to assist guests and provide exceptional guest services
