Host / Busser / Takeout Team Member – St. Louis Bar & Grill

Position Overview

We’re looking for a reliable, energetic team member to join our front-of-house support team. This role combines hosting, bussing, and takeout responsibilities to help keep the restaurant running smoothly.

You’ll be the first impression for our guests, while also supporting the dining room and ensuring takeout orders are accurate and efficiently prepared.

Key Responsibilities

Host Duties:

- Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Manage waitlists and seating flow
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance/host stand

Busser Duties:

- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Assist servers with maintaining a clean dining room
- Restock items (napkins, cutlery, sauces, etc.)
- Help run food

Takeout Duties:





- Accurately pack takeout and delivery orders
- Double-check orders for quality and completeness
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team for timing
- Handle takeout guests with the same level of hospitality as dine-in

Qualifications

- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptable availability (evenings, weekends).
- Restaurant experience is an asset, but not required.
