Our Culture: We serve people for a living — and we do it with curiosity, compassion and an appetite for culture. We attract people who are hungry to grow and excited to be part of something real.

The Role: If you care about food, beer, cocktails, art and music — and take genuine pride in great hospitality — this is where you need to be. As the first face guests see, you set the tone for everything that follows. We're looking for someone with a dedication to technical service, sharp attention to detail and a sense of urgency that keeps the floor moving. An outgoing, engaging personality isn't just a bonus here — it's the job.

Whether you're looking for full-time hours or just a few shifts a week, there's a valuable chance we have a spot for you. Availability matters, but we'll make it work.

The Perks: Because working in hospitality should actually feel good:

- Staff meals on shift
- Partner discounts at local retail outlets
- Staff haircut discount
- No line, no cover at all Freehouse Collective venues
