- Ensure all surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and linens are sanitized and maintained to the highest standards
- Assist with hotel setup tasks such as restocking supplies, making beds, and preparing rooms for new guests
- Support industrial cleaning tasks in larger areas such as hallways, lobbies, or service zones to uphold cleanliness standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests related to cleanliness or hospitality needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Follow safety protocols during custodial activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies used, and maintenance issues for accountability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping, custodial work, or industrial cleaning is highly preferred
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and hospitality practices
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in quick-paced environments
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and orderliness
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
- Demonstrated reliability with punctuality and dedication to quality service
