We’re hiring an experienced house cleaner to join the team at LCS Pros/Lucy's Cleaning Services. We provide residential cleaning across Calgary — including routine, deep, and move-out cleans — and we do it with a focus on communication, professionalism, and team culture.

This role is ideal for someone who’s confident in their skills and looking to grow with a company that’s building something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Complete cleaning tasks using detailed checklists and company standards
- Rotate between general, deep, and move-out cleans
- Communicate with the team as needed — we stay organized and connected
- Work independently in homes, but with the support of a reliable team behind you

What We’re Looking For
- Residential cleaning experience is required
- Someone dependable, efficient, and thorough
- A clear communicator who’s confident working solo
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Background check required
