Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining spaces with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Restock supplies like toiletries, towels, and linens to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures to uphold health standards and prevent accidents.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality service.




- Adhere to all company policies regarding sanitation, security, and guest privacy while delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude.
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when needed, utilizing custodial equipment and cleaning agents effectively.

Experience

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially within hotel or hospitality settings.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and techniques is advantageous.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that demands efficiency without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards related to cleanliness and guest service is a plus.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines diligently.
- Solid work ethic with a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
