Duties

- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all rooms meet cleanliness standards before guest check-in.
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by disinfecting fixtures, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all areas are hygienic.
- Conduct routine inspections of assigned areas to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them promptly.
- Follow established procedures for waste disposal and linen handling to promote environmental sustainability.




- Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing or window washing as scheduled or needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Robust knowledge of cleaning techniques, including industrial cleaning methods suited for large-scale facilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
- Familiarity with safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to motivated candidates.
